Return & Refund Policy

Bullhorn Asset Solutions is a licensed Alberta dealer (AMVIC). This policy applies to all vehicles, equipment, and assets we sell.

All sales are final

Our vehicles and equipment are pre-owned and sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless a separate written warranty or guarantee is provided on the bill of sale. Because each unit is individually inspected and priced, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a sale is completed and the unit has been delivered or picked up.

Buy with confidence — before you purchase

• A Mechanical Fitness Assessment (MFA) is available on registered motor vehicles, as required by AMVIC.
• A CARFAX history report is available on most vehicles.
• We welcome inspections, test drives, and independent third-party mechanical inspections before purchase — just ask and we will arrange it.

Deposits

A deposit placed to hold or reserve a unit secures it for you and is applied toward the purchase price. Deposits are refundable only as agreed in writing at the time the deposit is taken.

Warranty or misrepresentation concerns

If you believe there is an issue covered by a written warranty, or a misrepresentation, please contact us right away and we will work with you to make it right in accordance with that warranty and applicable Alberta consumer-protection law.
